Cancellation Policy

Power Shots – Booking Terms & Conditions 📌 Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is welcome if you’d like to pay upfront. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. 📌 One-Time Event – No Reschedules, No Refunds: This is a one-off studio offering on April 5th & 6th only. There is no option to reschedule, and all payments are non-refundable, so please ensure you can commit to your selected date and time. 📌 Arrival & Scheduling: My studio is located at 101 Dee Street, Courtville Place, in the heart of the Invercargill CBD. Parking can be a challenge at times, so I recommend allowing at least 30 minutes if you’re traveling into town. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can keep everything running smoothly. 📌 Gallery & Image Selection: Your online gallery will be delivered by April 13th for you to select your included images. Galleries will remain live until April 27th—after this date, selections must be finalized. Reloading your gallery after April 27th will incur an archival fee. Additional digital images are available at a special rate of $75 + GST per image for those who book this event (normal price $200 + GST). 📌 Final Delivery: Your final selected images will be fully edited and delivered digitally within 7-10 days after selection.
